FMCA /COACH NET ROAD SERVICE
Don, I don't remember mentioning warranty; I simply caution members to know what they are buying. I have had no problem with C N , but have had to be insistant on occasion. I am not suggesting that the product is bad, just know what you are buying.

It sounds like you are expecting the service to be something like a Warranty?

Otherwise I don't see what the source of the problem would have to do with it. They will either tow you, or pay for a roadside service guy's travel time, and it doesn't really have to do with what the issue is so long as it has left you stranded.

I've used them three tows and one service call over the past 8 years, and whether something was maintenance-caused did not enter the equation. In none of the cases did they cover actual repairs, and I didn't expect it.

The
only issue I had was with the service call - I had to insist on it, since they wanted to tow me, and had to sit through the reading of the rules which basically said that I was burning my once per incident and if I needed towing after the service I was on my own, and I was responsible for the hourly rate of the guy when he got there, one hour minimum. Not a problem, just dispatch him!
