Generator tray won't extend

the clicking soundis on my BB , but only when the pump is fully expanded. It will also make that clicking when there is a blocked passage for the extention. I found thisdout after a tow that had bent the frame of the cross member

Several potential problems here. But the first is that the generator tray won't extend. I have re-filled the jack fluid reservoir as one of the HWH leveling jacks had leaked. I replaced the genny battery with a new one as i was getting <12V from the old one and it would not take a charge. Now when I engage the generator tray switch I hear a click sound, like a relay, but no hydraulic pump and no motion on the tray. Ideas?
