The previous owner did a horrible job fabricating a sewer hookup and when it fell apart this week, I was left with a giant hole in my black water tank. It looks like a bit of work to drop the tanks (I don't have a stock setup) I was going to try to glue/repair it myself. Luckily, I had driven past a local outfit that makes tanks. Anyway, I stopped by there and am sooo glad that I did. They will make the repair for me (luckily, the damage is quite accessible). Including a new 3inch fitting, they estimate the cost at between 20 and 40 bucks! They are very nice there and if you need a tank or a repair in Southern California, that's where you should go....
