Rear LP furnace wont light

My rear LP furnace, under all the dresser drawers wont light. Blower comes on
but I dont hear any sparking from the igniter,therefore it never lights the gas.
Gas valve is turned to on, all other heaters work ,also cooktop works. Dash
sw(lp heat) is on.
My question is 'how do you remove it to check it out(89 SP36)?Have any of you
removed this furnace(NT-16SW).How do get to the elec. connectionin the rear?
Any advice and or experiences would be welcomed...
