In one of the earlier posts, it was asked if you have enough coolant and you answered "YES". Are you just looking at the overflow tank or have you actually checked the coolant tank itself ? Is the radiator cap still good ? My cap went bad and I was 2 1/2 gallons low on coolant. A new cap and added coolant fixed the problem.

Wayne: Last month we went through several days in the teens. I have the Primus in my coach and only using one side, it was able to keep the coach toasty. No reason for your Aqua Hot not to be able to handle those temperatures. You just have something amiss.
