Harbor Freight solar panels
I actually frequent HF and use the following guideline. If I need just one job out of a tool, I'll go there. If I need a permanent tool for my toolbox, Craftsman or such. However I have had the smaller solar battery tender for a vintage tractor and it never failed on me.

I personally try to stay away from most Harbor Freight products, much of it is cheap Chinese junk.

Has anybody out there bought and used the solar panels sold by
Harbor Freight? They are supposed to produce 45 watts at 12v. I'm
thinking that would be enough to keep a maintainance charge on
a battery bank. Any thoughts?
