Dana, The actual measurements of a so called FC 31 isn't exactly 31 feet. Someone told me that my FC31 was called the "State Park" model I think, because there were length restrictions on RV's in some parks, and Bluebird tried to capitalize on that. I would imagine that the 33' and the 35' are not exactly their true measurements either. To find out the length of mine, my brother held a 2x4 up against the front bumper, and I measured as far as my tape measure would go down the side of the bus, around 25' if I remember, then he moved to the rear bumper and I measured to there. Whatever the total of the two measurements was, it was closer to 31' than 33', so we figured that it was 31'. I later verified that it was a 31 footer via two previous owners.
