AC Wiring 87FC 35
Ray: I forget the name of the inverter. They are long out of business but I
think they were made in MN. Not something I wamted to keep. I just trashed it. It was in the LF storage bay. I cut the 12 volt cables, put ends on them and attached to the Xantrex. I used the original 110 wiring that goes to the power panel. Because the new inverter was also a charger I had to extend the 110 source from the next storage bay. Was an easy install. I chose that area for mounting as you can bury it right to the front close to the batteries. As I said I wish it powered more outlets. I also scrapped the battery boiler. Lots of copper (more like gold). Bruce |
