Wayne,

I have a good idea of what it is. I can measure a ground on the common for the grey tank. The commons are switched to select the tank you want to measure and all the sensor probes are connected in parallel so the monitor is always measuring the grey tank plus any other tank selected. The resulting measurement is the greater of the level in the grey tank or the selected tank. I started out believing that the sensors were switched. After helping a buddy with his SOB and looking at a drawing that Donald Watson found it was pretty obvious once you understood that the commons were switched and not the sensor probes. I am still going to make a drawing and schenmatic and will post when done.

Did you ever get your problem resolved? It sounds like some crossed wiring.

Does any one have a wiring diagram/ schematic of the monitor panel? When we had our accident a while back the wiring was damaged at the grey water tank. I thought I could figure it out but get strange results. Fresh water will indicate correctly if the grey and black are empty. As the grey tank fills up the black and fresh water follow it. They all indicate the same. The black also creates some strange problems as it fills up. Propane is OK. I have looked through the “files” section of the various BB sites and cannot find any documentation on the monitor panels.
