Good Idea! I bought a case of 100 caps so I could change them all.

I know what you mean about the nut caps coming off, and the stainless ones seem more prone to it. What I did was to take a punch and put a "dimple" in the caps on each of the six sides, near the opening. Makes for a much more positive fit.
