1976 diesel F-29296

Since you have been to http://www.vintagebirds.com site, you know that the 1976
Wanderlodge should have had a Ford industrial gas engine.

I would try to call Parliament to see if they can check the body number to
verify if it was an original Wanderlodge or someone's conversion.

Post some pictures so we can get a look before trying to comment on the other
questions.
