drive-through restaurants

Drive the bus as close to the window as you can, given any overhang.  Shout your order across.  Let them figure out how to get the good out to you...  And don't move out of the way until they do

For those who chose to live full time on the road (as I am considering), it would seem this could become quite an annoyance. Can a Wanderlodge go through anyone's drive through?
