In motion satellite
Hi Dick,
Sounds like the dish may be locked onto the wrong satellite. I had that happen when I moved a long distance with the dish off and then re- powered. Yours may be different but my book (at the back) shows a manual acquisition sequence you can follow after plugging the serial cable from the dish into a laptop. You can "zap" the present settings and restart or even manually point it by zip code. Other way is to move with it off and re-power again. The tech's at KVH are very helpful and will walk you through the process if you need. Rich D.
