We now know how to remove the holding tanks and freshwater tanks from a 96. It is really not that bad a job. I got a quote to repair it of about $2000 and we probably have 5 or 6 hours in the repair. We have also found some really good food around here. Thanks to Pat and Steve for their hospitality and help with the repairs.
