Neutral safty switch

I just ran into this problem today. I went to start the engine and the key did
nothing. My heart stopped for a minute then I remembered reading this string. I
went to the back of the bus inserted the key toggled the switch from front" to
"rear" turn the key and it started right up. I ran it for about 5 minute and
shut it down. toggled the switch back to "front". I then inserted the key up
front and it started. Not sure what the issue was, maybe just being
temperamental today.

Am not talking about that. The AT is centered on the lower upper dash, sort of
hidden by the steer wheel
