Gone and done it
I have a 2005 Rubicon and the tail lights are wired separately from the vehicle electrics.

Hello everyone, hope your ready for a new season of travels and campfires

and maybe even rubbing elbows with some one who has a great BBQ sauce

recipe you can steal, um I mean borrow, oh shoot, eat.

Well Charolette and I have gone and done it. We just purchased a 2005 Jeep

Wrangle X for a tow car. We have not had a tow vech for a few years and I

finally got the Van ready for sale or trade in. I am in process of taking

photos of the load leveling system I had for the trailer I had built and

thus sold. And hopefully will get new Roadmaster Tow base plates for the

Wrangle before long. I also have the tow base plates for our old Jeep Grand

Cherokee that fits from "94 to "98 JGC's for the Roadmaster.

Now then, I would like to open a thread on How those with Jeep Wranglers,

Rubicon and such, wired the towing lights and with success. Did you use

separate bulbs, or the diodes on the existing ones and which worked best

for you.

Safe travels,

Ralph & Charolette Fullenwider
