I'm assuming by water hose you mean coolant hose? And I also assume that after replacing it you made sure the coolant level was corrected? Because if not, it will sense the low coolant level and cause issues. Again, assuming you already did all of this, I'd still double check your level and if ok, move on to other testing to see if you have a new issue unrelated to the first. Did you check the breaker in the box in the gennie compartment? Make sure no fuses got tripped?

HI ALL

I have a 12.5 Yanmar generator

I sprung a leak in my water hose so the Genny shut down

I replace the hose and now it will not start

I understand it has a shut down switch

dose anyone know how to check that??

If I pull back the fuel solenoid it will run only if I hold it back

it dose not generate power running like that

dose anyone have any Idea's of this problem??

anyone know if there is any breakers that I could be not seeing??

any help would be great

Im on my way to the keys and have no ac
