Still no luck with my generator

Dose anyone know how to check the temp shut down switch

I did do a check and found that it is in some kind of safe mode

but I don't know where or what to check next.

I also noticed that the oil meter gauge is full up pined.

by the blue print it looks like it is hooked into the same line as the water temp shut down switch.

any help would be appreciated thank you
