Hi Jerry,

You mentioned the fuel filters have been recently serviced. Is that about the
time or shortly there after that your rough idle started? If it were me I would
start simply and economically by changing out the fuel filters again. Does your
Racor gauge show alot of restriction? Try that and see how you make out. At 200K
you are probably due for a valve adjustment and other tune up items.

Try the filters first. You may have one that is allowing a very slight amount of
air into the fuel system or an o ring not quite seated on your Racor.
