Sluggish 8V92

Scott,

That is interesting that you mention the transmission....it is something I have
suspicioned because that is how it seems when starting from a stop.

Is there any way to verify this? Would pushing "1" guarantee that it is indeed
in first gear? This has the allison 5 speed, not sure on the model, I think its
something like a 745 or 755.


Paul,

We have an appointment to have it checked out Monday. Finally found a tech in
this area willing to work/check a 8V92.

I will let you all know what they find.
