Air leak help needed

Thanks, that figures because I was troubleshooting the cruise last
week and pulled the power wire from the harness, so I ran a power wire
directly to the red power wire that leads to the switch. Could it be
the power wire in the harness split inside the harness and now I am
missing the power to a componenet? The wire harness is inside the
tube that leads from beneath the steering wheel and is VERY tight. I
had to pull hard to access the wires from either side.
