I wonder then Ron, if the 12"x1.5"x1.5" angle iron at the base of my radiator is a later addition - post model year 2000. I looked at the LTC-40 Service Parts Catalog and it doesn't show this piece. The function of this piece is to ensure that the horizontal members that you talk about remain perpendicular to the radiator and don't slant upward. It is something that could be added without too much pain. Just what you want to do on an eight hundred thousand dollar coach, right? Smile
