Officer Wrote Me A Ticket

Never gotten a ticket for a loud exhaust, but a couple of years ago while checking into a campground in California a curious fellow walks up with a decibel meter and tells me my muffler is too loud and I'm gonna get a ticket.

Bear in mind I do have a proper muffler. I ask the fellow if he is with the "California Noise Pollution Police". He says no and he's just trying to protect the environment.

I say, "mind your own business, buddy". He says, "I'm gonna call the police".
I say, go ahead, do what you got to do, and tell him which lot I will be parked at.

Cops never came and I thought, some people have too much time on their hands.
