HWH Jacks will not retract

OK, thanks. I realize this isn't your problem and I appreciate what you've done thus far.
HWH support is backed up 3+ weeks in their phone support and cannot help. I will have to try releasing pressure with cracking a line loose. I understand their is potential liability in giving instructions on how to do this, and which line may be the optimum one to crack loose, but any "suggestions" would be greatly appreciated.
