LXi 2002 Entry Door Window
Recently my entry door double pane window was removed to repair glass (was fogged). On re-installation the window frame was set in place "dry". This and the driver's window are the only windows that have a rubber gasket between the window frame and the door (or bus body), on all others the window frame is set tight to the bus body.

In places there are small visible gaps between the gasket edge and the door for potential leaks in my opinion to develop. There is evidence someone previously ran a partial bead around gasket without removing window.

Would I not be wise to remove window and run a bead of caulk around opening to set and positively seal between gasket and door body?

Was window originally installed "dry" by BB using only rubber gasket?

If answer is YES recommendation on brand and type of chalk would be appreciated.
