SOLD 8/5/2026 FOR $24,300: Family-owned 1983 Blue Bird Wanderlodge FC35 Side Bath – purchased by my dad in Sept 2001; in my care since ~2010 with extremely low miles since (after-market digital speedo ~30,000 total; pre-replacement unknown but overall low usage). Excellent maintenance records available. Mostly original interior. Stored mostly indoors since 2001, likely with previous owner.

Key Specs & Features:

Length/Floor Plan: 35 ft, Side Bath (SB) – mid-bath, rear bedroom alcove w/ large window, convertible sleeping (twin/queen), dinette/sofa – sleeps 4-6
Engine: Caterpillar 3208TA turbo diesel, 225 HP – 3,260 engine hours (moderate, strong runner)
Odometer: ~30,000 miles (low documented post-2001, minimal since 2010)
Transmission/Suspension: Allison MT-643 auto, Ridewell air ride, full air brakes
Generator: Onan Quiet Diesel 12.5 kW – only 625 hours (quiet/efficient – upgraded by previous owner)
Power System: Xantrex Freedom 458 Series inverter/charger + roof solar panels for sustainable charging; house bank: 6x Interstate SRM-31 deep-cycle batteries (98 Ah each, 210 RC, 845 MCA – 1 new, 5 new 2020; split 3 passenger/3 driver side for balanced power)
Tankage: ~265 gal fuel, 98 gal fresh, 51 gal gray, 37 gal black, 45 gal LP – boondocking ready
Tires: New Michelin 11R22.5 (2022 install) – very low miles (~1,490 from San Diego to TX)
Upgrades (previous owner): New fridge, awning, porcelain tile floor in kitchen/dining (easy clean/durable), plus inverter/solar/gen as noted
Interior: Warm wood galley (Magic Chef stove/oven, Norcold fridge, microwave, etc.), rear bedroom w/ storage, living sofa/chairs/ottoman/dinette, original dash + CB – clean/preserved with LED lights
