If yours is a sidebath then the water pump is under the kitchen sink.
Remove the drawer and shelves and you should find a removable panel in the
back, remove it. The pump is in the rear by the wall. If you have the
original design pump (quite expensive and one of the best pumps on the
market) you can run it dry with no ill effects. You didnt say that you had
the other valves in the correct position?

Does the pump even run? You should hear it under the sink. If it is not
running its possible you blew the fuse.
