New Batteries and Stupid New Owner Tricks
I had 6 Trojan T105's installed today, new cables, and a battery disconnect
switch for the genset battery, so I can isolate it while dry camping. We ground the accumulated gunk off the battery tray and repainted it too. While the work was being done on the tray, I was troubleshooting the refer. I have never been able to get it to run on propane. I figured I'd purge the gas lines again by turning on the stove. I couldn't get it lit though. In fact I couldn't even smell the propane coming out of the burners. I started checking the knobs, checking for switches, opening cabinets and drawers looking for a hidden on/off valve etc. Finally I stumbled on the propane detector, when I turned it on, lo and behold, i had propane to the stove, and the refer lit right up :-) Damn these Bluebirds are complex!!
