Billings, MT City Council Minutes

[Tom Warner]

I have a male and female rottweiler from Germany that I normally
listen to for advice. They seem to be a lot better judge of character
then I am. They either run up and lick a womans hand or run up and
stare down men. Then if either one gives them a cookie they will help
the crooks unload the motorhome. Does that count?
