Bob Loomas 85 PT 36 Hey Ralph, YES genny is working just like a swiss watch. But man what an ordeal. It was like sticking 10lbs into a 5lb bag!! The new PowerTech 12kw genny/kubota 4cyl was installed "sideways" because the new stator would not fit under the frame rail. The radiator is laying flat exhausting through the bottom, with an ac fan..kinda like a home a/c fan.. a squirell cage was to tall, it is exceptionally quiet. With the new technology just simply hit the switch and let go..the unit automatically preheats and starts within 10 sec. (every time). It is kinda nice because any faults are signaled by a LED and puts you right to the problem. Hooked up to all existing guages,,problems with hooking up fuel (fuel pump on coach and on the genny..did not want to work together..so we just put 12v from genny to pump on coach..added a diode..and it works great..I will send you some pictures when I get home of the install..
