Tom,
If your horn is like mine, it's a Grover horn (_www.groverproducts.com_ (http://www.groverproducts.com) ). Check the archives for instructions on how to tune the horns. My horns began to sound sick, and with a little help from a honker (my daughter) and me on the roof, I got them tuned and sounding like they are supposed to. If you can't find the instructions, I can dig through my BB box and dig them out for you...let me know.
