ill member - Sid Clark

Since there have been some posts on Sid Clark, out of sensitivity to
this situation before a big thread starts, some explanation seems in
order.

Sid has recently devloped lung cancer that has metastasized to his
bones. Obviously, this means that he is in and out of the hospital.
The situation is serious but Sid's spirits are high and he is very
optimistic. As he requested through Rick's message, please keep him
in your prayers.

Sid is a long time member of this forum and the original forum. Sid
is also an active member with the Lone Star Birds, many of whom are
checking in with him regularly.

Please feel free to send Sid a card or note of encouragement at
sidclark99 @ yahoo (dot) com (address written this way so as not to
be deleted by yahoo. Obviously, you need to take out the spaces and
add the period.) I will add his mailing address to the
Member-To-Member Database if you would like to send a note or card by
mail.

As I said, out of sensitivity to the situation, rather than developing
a big thread on this, one of the LSB members will post from time to
time to keep you updated on Sid's progess.
