Thanks George!!!
I will keep your advice close to mind as I continue my search. I guess my biggest concern is that I don't want to pay a premium price and then be surprised and have to pay double to fix something major that should be working, or was not maintained properly. Little things like electrical malfunctions, plumbing concerns, or small repairs are something that I enjoy and, as weird as it might sound, look forward to as a challenge.
