Report on the Craig's break down in Texas

Ernie, not only does it make a hell of a mess, I just back home today after
authorizing Stewart & Stevens to install a factory reman Allison transmission.
S& S assures me that the current one is toast because of the fluids effect on
electronic components in the tranny. Also must pull and fix radiator; the cost
will use most of my lunch money for next 5 years. Just goes to show, no matter
how careful you are with inspections, problems can still arise. Can probably
reclaim coach next week; did get to have a jollly ride in a huge wrecker that
would have satisfied most noise freaks.

Mike, when I asked Wallace about his engine temp- he said it did not get hot.
He did stop on the wide side of the road when the stop engine lite came on.
When coolant and transmission fluid mixes, it comes out as a runny gel. That is
going to be a real headache to clean out. Ernie-83pt40 in texas
