NADA Pricing New Book...Jan-April 2006

Hi All...Just got the new NADA "Hard Copy" Appraisal Guide. I
checked a few models vs the Sept-Dec 2005 NADA and prices genearlly
went down between 5%-8%.

BB prices appear redueced by about 6+% "wholesale" and 7+% "retail".

Seems like a bit of a market adjustment to reflect the "issues" in
the general market...as opposed to a "normal" 4 month price
reduction.

BTW...Class A industry shipments to dealers in October were down 29%
vs 2004 shipments...17% down y-t-d. That is per RVIA news release.

Lots of over priced Birds for sale...particularly on bird
connections. I guess that is Ok if they don't NEED to sell.

Got to go shovel again...about 10" and still snowing...predicting
18"! At least the septice system will be well insulated from the
coming frigid temps!
