Lesson Learned !! Grrrrr.

Howdy, Y'all.
I purchased a Sharp replacement microwave/convection oven because mine
is dead. I bought it from Lowe's and paid for delivery and
installation because Jack didn't want the hassle. It was a special
order and I waited about 2 weeks. Yesterday the installer showed up,
came in the coach, looked things over and refused to install the oven.
Said that it would be too complicated and took the oven back to the
store. When Jack came home from work(furious), we went to Lowe's and
got a total refund with apologies. I was so disappointed.

Later I found the oven via Amazon for a little less money and
purchased it. Jack's co-workers offered to help him get the old oven
out and install the new one. I also called BB and one of the techs,
Wendell, told me where to find the receptacle for the oven and where
the holding screws would be located.

I told Jack that we would just have to learn to handle more situations
with our house-on-wheels. Lesson learned? Do it yourself!!
