Chassis Heat
I agree with Ernie, it appears that the electrically
operated "sporlan" valves that diverts water either through the water- heater and then return to the engine, or throught the water-heater and then the chassis heaters are not operating. Most likely this is an electrical issue. It can be a bad circuit- breaker, not sure which ones in an '82 RB, could also be the winter/summer switch or its wiring to the dash, you'll need to do some chasing on this. If the chassis heaters are actually getting warm water but not blowing (slide the sofa out and feel the top of the heater after the engine is good and warm) then it is probably either the circuit- breaker or the thermostat, both of which I've seen go bad many times. The summer/winter switch on the dash is common to both the heat exchanger flow and the blowers. - Jeff Miller in Holland, MI --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "Scott Forman" <sforman@r...> wrote: > > I cannot get the chassis heat to work in my FCRB.
