More battery/voltage help needed
As many of us know, BlueBird installed an internally regulated
Motorola, an externally regulated Motorola, and an internally regulated Leece-Neville with external voltage sense as original equipment on the 3208 Cat. The internally regulated Motorola is in my opinion and experience a very good unit and adjustable. You will need to discover which you have. - Jeff Miller in Holland, MI --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, Tom Warner wrote: > > Scott you are describing one of the most difficult areas for most > people to understand since in my experience it is not very well > described anywhere I have found. > > If you have the original Motorola alternator it is EXTERNALLY > regulated and you will find the prestolite 8RH2024 regulator > installed towards the front of the battery compartment on the back > wall.
