Best way to add terminals to 2/0 wire?
Yes, 2/0. I'm installing some super-high amp alternators on my
Bluebirds and it's required I put 2/0 cable on them, no 0/2, or 2 gauge. These things are capable of about 300 amps, that's why. So what's the best way to install cable ends? Using great big crimpers? A hammer and tool to crimp them? Could I solder them? With what? All I want is the most secure and maintenance-free method that's carry the load if needed. Suggestions?
