Bubbles in the Clearcoat

From what I know,you can take a section and fine sand it and spray your
clear coat finish over the prepared surface.
The peeling is caused from weather exposure,mainly sun & heat,and it will
probably peel in another place that was exposed to sun for extended periods.
Most peeling is at the upper curve of the body where it meets the roof and
the top half of the rub rails along the side.
