Zero Turbo Boost

We were cruising about 5 miles from QZ when my dash buzzer went off. The
coach had a lack of acceleration. No grinding noises, oil leaks etc. All gauges
OK, except zero turbo boost.

I took the air filter off and peered down the intake, the turbine can be seen
spinning and the filter is clean.

I noticed there is a blue small diameter hose that appears to come off the
rear area of the turbo...is this the line that goes to the turbo boost gauge?
I'm thinking that is malfunctioning, or one of the large diameter air pipes may
have "slipped" from it's mate.

We have twin beds, how do I gain access to the front of the engine, from the
bedroom? Suggestions?
