erratic electrical problem

Wanted to make a new post whereas it would have made the other one too long.
Yesterday when I left the garage, upon starting the engine, my tachometer,
fuel gauge, water temperature gauge all "flicked." and I could hear what
sounded like a relay clicking, So I would hear the click, the gauges would
flick, including the 12V reading lights. Flick would be like a spike. Funny
how
difficult it can be sometimes to explain things. I don't think he could have
disturbed any wiring when changing out the air bags yesterday.
