question about 82 FC35 3208T turbo
I've got a M-B turbo-diesel myself, the Deutch make fine little oil-
burners.

There are other significant differences between the '82 and '83 also
such as a driveline retarder so you don't have to crawl down grades
in first gear, ... you live in mountains so I'm sure you know what I
mean, probably good for around 200hp or better in braking.

Be careful comparing years, you'll find that BB added improvements
almost every year through the '80s and '90s that you just can't live
without once you look at the next newer year ;~)
