I just got of the hoke with my Insurance agent and if the price of fuel
isn't high enough the insurance rates are going up! I had to decide
whether to keep comp on my rig or just or go with the Liability. I
chose the liability as it is only $65 dollars for six months or 489
dollars with comp. Not to much to think about here. It seems that these
insurance companies want to insure these big rigs as if they were new.
By that I mean their cost figure is made up of what it cost when new.
Boy now I should have gone with that high figure and had a slight
explosion in my motor home. But I know when an adjuster came out they
would only give me what I paid for it, I'm sure of that. Well anyway
still looking for a cheaper insurance for the comp and if anyone has
any input please add any remarks. JON

PS Just wandering what a person with a newer rig would haft to pay?
