shock absorbers
Last weekend, Steve Gureasko and with a little help from me, removed both
front Koni's on my pt. Found out that one of them could be adjusted firmer, but the other shock was toast. Lucky for me, Steve had replced his Konis and I was the recipient of one of the discards. What a difference in ride and handling just adjusted shocks make. We drove on I-10 to the rally and in places the road seemed almost non-existant. My DOA shock showed no sign of leakage and the rubber grommetts were intact. If your ride and handling is giving you a lot of fatigue at the end of your ride, shocks may be the culprit.
