As usual you hear a whole lot on why you shouldn't own/carry a gun.

I'd like to present my take on why you might consider owning/carrying a gun.

In those few seconds right before people die violent deaths at the hands of
their murderers how many of them do you suppose had their last thought "I
wish I had a gun".

All the arguments presented against can be resolved; take your wife and go
to gun handling class, you'll meet nice people and there is even a group on
Yahoo which promoted guns in RV's (gasp). Get a gun lock or better yet a
security gun box.

"I'd rather be judged by 12 then carried by 6"
