Lug nut torque
Unless you have a large air compressor you will not be able to use
harbor freights torque wrench. That impact wrench requires a
compressor that will deliver 12-14 Cu ft/minute at 100PSI. Forget
about using it.
I have a torque multiplier X12 and some Snapon torque wrenches. Its
easy to take the lug nuts off and on and torque them to the correct
torque. I use anti-seize on the threads and torque to 425 ft #.
