That would be new old stock at the time it was purchased that particular model has not been produced since 2003 The company that produced these for Antennacraft closed in either 2003-or 2004 they were located in North Carolina The replacement model is 5MS9000 and the list price is $184.95 plus shipping as listed on Antennacraft's site. They can be purchased elsewhere for less than the oem list price.
