Bio Performance Fuels

Hey Ernie, Ron. Biofuels are making a big push into the future. I
have a friend (forum member) that runs his personal truck on
biodiesel. His opinion is that this fuel is definately the wave of
the future. It is not really that hard to make in reasonable
quantities. Willie and another partner already have "stations" up and
running, at present I can't recall the name but in the midwest! To
purchase retail biofuel is a "little" less money than regular diesel.
Willy's Prevost runs on bio but not sure what the mix is.. some bio
some reg diesel.

One issue I see with bio is the "gel" point (much lower/higher??)
than regular diesel. Warming the bio is criticle in most applications
dealing with cold winter temps to make it "work" in the application.

Interestingly, a farmers Co-Op in North Carolina has spent millions
on building a facility to manufacture Bio.. It might just be another
wave of the future.
