Chassis Heaters hose
Because its not what you need and would be more difficult to install.
The chassis heaters (at least in mine) are long lengths of what appears to be brass tubing that is connected together with 1 inch heater hose. That is covered with a foam insulation. When I started my rebuilding of it, needed one more section of the brass tubing and stopped at BB for it. I was told that it is no longer available. However they were nice enough to let me ask some of the workers on the assembly line about it and one old fellow (he must have been at least 45) got me one out of his locker. tom warner 1982 FC35 Vernon Center,NY At 07:28 AM 3/6/2006, you wrote: >Why wouldn't those new type Pex hoses work on our chassis heaters? >Ernie-83pt40 > > >[ |
